For your convience, we provide this order form in PDF format for download. Just save the file to your computer, print it out, fill it in, and mail it to us.Invoices

Invoices are sent separately from the books to the address provided at the time of order. If you want to be billed at a different address, or have your bill faxed or e-mailed, please let us know at the time of order.

Return Policy

Retailers may return 20% of books that have been purchased from us within 3 months of order date. They will receive full credit if returns are in perfect condition and have been ordered from PANDA PUBLICATIONS.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

▪Must be at saleable condition
▪Must have been ordered from Panda Publications
▪Must be returned within 90 days from purchase date
▪Include purchase order number

Panda Publications does not pay for the shipping costs of any returns

Desk Copies
  
A desk copy will be provided free of charge to professors who adopt the book for a class with a minimum of 10 students. A professor may opt to buy the book at our discount price or return it at its saleable condition.
Shipping and Handling Fees
  
We include in our bills the following shipping charges:Add $7 USD for the first book, and $2 USD for each additional book. International Shipment rates will vary according to location and order size.  We will use the most inexpensive method available.

Panda Publications accepts UPS or FedEx collect numbers. Please provide these numbers at the time of order.
